However, tokenization could also allow for fractional ownership, where multiple people own a single property. This could make it easier for some people to own a property, even in expensive markets. This is a reason to why I believe that it would not cause a major negative impact on that front. Moreover, completely shielding real estate from speculation is difficult, but regulations and promoting responsible investment practices can help.
