Have you ever had those days where you can’t find the energy to do anything?

When the thought of getting out of bed feels like climbing Mount Everest, and even the simplest tasks become overwhelming?

It’s easy to label ourselves as sluggish during those moments. However, what if I told you there’s a difference between being lazy and the need to rest?

If you got infuriated by the title, you may take your rest seriously, or you constantly work but knows that a break is what you need.

Picture this: It’s a rainy Sunday afternoon, and you’re curled up on the couch, wrapped in a comfy blanket.

Your to-do list is sitting untouched on the kitchen counter, and a sense of guilt starts to creep into your thoughts.

You begin to question yourself, wondering why you can’t muster up the motivation to be productive. The world around you seems to be in constant motion, and you feel left behind.

“Am I good enough?”, “My unproductiveness is the reason why I am not succeeding.” You tell yourself.

But here’s the thing: being lazy implies a lack of desire to do anything.
