You Do Not Have Enemies.

“No man is your enemy.

No man is your friend.

Every man is your teacher.”

This is a quote that I hard while I was listening to an audiobook called “The game of life and how to play it”.

It altered my brain chemistry and made me realize that every person that has traumatized you in a way is not your opponent.

Those who have triggered you the most.

Who have rejected you,

who hve betrayed you,

who have hurt you and caused you pain

are not your enemy;

They are your greatest teachers.

It is a view of perspective, a mentality, to think that every single person in your life has something to teach you about yourself came into your life to teach you something about yourself.

When you implement this mentality, the person who hurt you no longer has power over you.

You take the lesson and you leave the rest in the past.
