Do you ever find yourself lying in bed at night, feeling overwhelmed by thoughts and emotions about something that has no direct impact on you?

It can be tough to deal with these feelings, especially when they seem to come out of nowhere.

However, it’s good to know that you’re not alone, and that there are ways to cope.

Firstly, it’s completely normal to feel upset or bothered by things that we see or hear about, even if they don’t directly affect us. It’s a natural part of being human to have empathy and care about others. However, caring too much can become harmful to our mental health and well-being.

The problem is that external factors can easily control our emotions in today’s world.

It’s easy to get caught up in things that shouldn’t matter, like a stranger’s opinion or a celebrity’s personal life.

However, allowing these things to negatively impact us can lead to unnecessary stress and anxiety.

That being said, we should not stop caring altogether. Passion and empathy are essential parts of our humanity.

Instead, we need to find a balance.

Start by identifying what matters most to you, such as your values, family, and personal goals.
