Life throws a lot at us. We chase dreams, set goals, and push ourselves to grow.

But what happens when we stumble?

When the path to success seems paved with failures, it’s easy to get discouraged.

We might start to see life itself as “a bunch of failures,” leading to a crippling fear of trying at all.

But what if we reframed the narrative? What if failure wasn’t the enemy, but a stepping stone on the road to success?

Life

Think of a child learning to walk. There are countless stumbles, falls, and wobbly steps before they take their first confident strides.

We don’t call these “failures;” but we call them learning experiences. Meaning, learning requires making mistakes, analyzing them, and adjusting our approach. The same principle applies throughout life.

Perfectionism

Our fear of failure often stems from the societal pressure towards perfection. We see meticulously curated feeds on social media, which often highlight only the successes of others.
