Recovering from a dependency on someone can be a difficult subject to approach.

However, it is imperative to acknowledge that relying solely on oneself is not necessarily a bad thing.

This process takes time and requires a commitment to challenging work, but it can aid in rebuilding oneself and creating a new, emotionally stable, and balanced version of oneself.

Who wouldn’t want to make their own decisions and take steps in life without worrying about being judged by others?

Life is not as simple as it seems, and we all know it’s full of ups and downs. Sometimes we feel like we need to rely on others to succeed, but is it really necessary?

I don’t think so. If you trust in your strength and determination, you can achieve anything on your own.

I’ve learned this from experience, as I’ve often had to depend on others to make decisions or take action, only to be let down or to realize that I made the wrong choice, which has impacted the direction of my life.

It’s all about accepting challenges, exploring your inner self, achieving mental balance, and learning to cope with disappointments when relying on others doesn’t yield the expected results.
