Have you ever felt stuck on a mental merry-go-round, reliving past mistakes, or endlessly worrying about what the future holds?

Yeah, me too. We all get caught up in the time trap sometimes, and dwelling on what was or freaking out about what might be.

But the actuality is, that the only moment we truly have control over is the present.

Living in the “now” is my biggest tip for all my readers out of everything I have ever written.

Have peace of mind, and maybe even a killer dance move or two (hey, gotta celebrate the little victories!).

Think about it, living in the past is like watching a sad movie on repeat. It keeps you stuck to moments you can’t change, fueling your feelings of regret, bitterness, or even shame.

It’s like dragging around a heavy suitcase filled with “what ifs” and “should haves.” (read my other article with that title, wink wink) And let’s be honest, nobody wants to lug that baggage around forever, right?

On the flip side, living in the future is like staring into a crystal ball filled with anxieties about what might happen. It fuels worry, and fear, and makes us lose sight of the present opportunities.
