A Day in My Life.
Routine’s are the best thing that ever happened to me
6:00 AM — Wake Up & Mindset Ritual I wake up with the sunrise, feeling refreshed and eager to start the day. My mornings are sacred — this is where I set the tone for my success. Before reaching for my phone, I spend 15 minutes meditating, visualizing the growth of Vietto and the lives it’s impacting. This daily practice helps me align with my goals and focus on long-term success. I affirm: “I am a powerful creator, and Vietto is making a positive difference in the world.”
6:30 AM — Workout & Mind-Body Connection Next is a trip to the gym. Exercise isn’t just about staying fit — it’s about maintaining the discipline that keeps my mind sharp. I choose a routine that challenges me, mixing strength training with cardio. As I lift weights or sprint, I think about how this discipline applies to my business. Just like in the gym, progress in business requires consistent effort and adaptation.
8:00 AM — Power Breakfast & Planning Post-workout, I fuel my body with a balanced breakfast: protein, healthy fats, and greens. While eating, I sit down with my notebook and plan my day. As the founder of Vietto, time management is key. I prioritize the tasks that will create the most impact today, including investor meetings, app development discussions, and strategic calls. I make sure to leave time for reflection, knowing that vision and innovation need space to grow.
9:00 AM — School/Study I still dedicate part of my day to learning. Whether I’m attending classes…
